Meet Tobenna.
Tobenna Egwu has spent more than 18 years at the intersection of people, business, and transformation. Her work spans Learning, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Leadership, Culture, Change Management, and People Strategy.
With senior fintech leadership experience and work across government, technology, nonprofit, and higher education, she brings a rare ability to see both the strategic horizon and the human realities of change. Tobenna holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
